i absolutely adore fridays, cos it's basically the slackest day of the week for me. haha. only one econs tutorial and then an econs lecture at LT4. life is wonderful :) and then, there's trng to look forward to later in the evening. is it just me, or am i losing the motivation to go for trngs. something's just different somehow, i dont know what. to begin with, the people are still there. the game is still soccer. so why am i feeling this way? who knows.

the best things in life- having a riot at chomp! hahaha. one of our fav hangouts i must say. i mean, for just a few bucks, i can have sugarcanewithlemon, sambal stingray, cheekweh, barbecued chicken wings, eggbeancurdwithyam, and the list goes on. and we just laughed on and on about eyecandies, not-so-eyecandies, ridiculous couples, eccentric people etc. i'm living life at its fullest. my stomach is also at its fullest. rub it and see. (haha)

and please la, bonn is only my ex-classmate and good friend la. you guys dont talk rot la. hahaha. but i agree that he has a cartoonic face. LOL!

my mum brought a dog back home. i am quite scared, but i think i'll warm up to it soon enough. btw, do dogs shit alot? it just licked me! (hahaha, i almost yelped.)

i really like crashing chinese class. it's damn chaotic, but at the same time, warm and fun. i think the chi teacher knows tho. he called me an intruder this afternoon. oh wells. we tried to rush hist tutorial during the cheena lesson, but anabel and i ended up doing the food list for the upcoming class bbq! hahaha, greedy girls are naughty girls.
trng was fine, and i think we all improved in terms of dribbling, fakes and bringing the ball up. sorry yanyi, for interupting your game. rock on captain! lol.

though i criticise and ridicule the sch system, the principal, and some teachers,
deep within a certain thumping object of my body,
i love xinmin very, very much.


sometimes you dont learn to treasure certain things until you lose them.
it has become too late for regrets.
when you were inside, you wanted so much to get out.
after four long years,

the trip back to xinmin made me learn alot more. i havent felt so happy in a very long time. just chatting with mrchee, mrpah and mrho about life, past and present. sometimes, you cant help but wish it was just like back then, in the yellowishblue school uniform, and not this dowdy brown one. i wish i wasnt just a visitor, or a guest. i wish i was actually a student there, a part of the xinmin family. haha, silly me.
walked home with bonn, he really liked doing pull-ups alot. ah well, i guess he's a true dragonboater. i just stood there, watching him do his thing. it looked like fun, cos he was smiling after he got back on the ground.
after like ages, i went back to my ahma's hse. really missed her and the place alot. and there was this whole spread of yummy homecooked food, unlike the cold, stale dishes i eat at 'home'. i decided to stay for the night. i wasnt going home. yes, it was much smaller as compared to the place at srg gardens, but at least i feel warmth and loved there. i dont need a big house.
i havent been watching the telly for a long time. but last night, i couldnt stop watching. yes, call me a tv addict. and after a long, long while, i think i fell asleep, and there was a blanket on me when i awoke.
i feel blessed.

tuesday bleus.

hopes dashed. i thought there wouldnt be chem prac. you know, with the listening compre a levels and all. but the chemistry dept prevails, and i have to go for prac! grrr. will blog again when i get over this. but till then, RAHHH!!

i dont know why, but i just hate mondays. i really do. it's just endless lectures after lectures, tutorials after tutorials. i need to breathe. school is suffocating me. but i'm so glad sheri(duuckie) is there with me. we crap alot throughout the chem and hist lectures, and GP too, we can laugh at anything and anyone. so yes, you can throw long boring lectures straight at us. we'll still be hanging on.
a MAJOR thing happened today- math class was split up. dammit, huijeen-cow-and-eric left us. no more slacking at the back. too bad, our math just cannot make it la. heng ah. we were supposed to go under adrian tan, but i think mrs lim saw my pleading eyes(haha) and TADA! she continues to teach me! whee. i'm her god-daughter. no la, just kidding.
hmm, sequeira mentioned today that PIRATES2 was good. i wanna catch it real soon. johnny depp here i come! muahaha. i wonder, with whom did sequeira watch pirates with? *heh heh heh.
i almost forgot. there was this guy sitting infront of us at the chem lect today and his elbow was like bleeding real bad. he just kept using a tissue to stop it, but it just kept flowing and flowing. i was so grossed out la. i think i have a phobia of blood.
PE was just DUH, cos i cant play tennis for nuts. haha, but sheri seems good at it. i just kept picking up bouncy yellow balls and smacking them either into the net or high up in the air. tennis is not my thing man. huifang, you heard that? hahaha. (i saw you smiling today when there was the tennis awards or sth.)
pastamania-ed with keli, esther, sylvia, justina, huiyen, kaiyang and phyllis. beef bolognese is good :) i ate esther's garlic bread pieces too hahaha. greedy me. oh- we saw this nanyang couple holding hands. i dont know what to say.
chomp-ed just now, and i resisted the temptation of chicken wings. hurrays! justina was whining for chee kweh tho. tsk tsk. bad girl.
cheer up ESTHER darling. malu-ness is inevitable in this school.hahaha, we'll be there fer you. hey- i will make it to the grandstand on time someday! i've been like running like siao everyday to school. this, i believe, is the key to being fit.

DIVA LA FUTBOL. one long, tiring, but nevertheless memorable day spent with the soccerettes and soccerettez. they're addressed differently haha. well, things took a turn in the morning when justina told me the seniors lacked a player. but then it all worked out fine because fortunately, i brought my boots! :) yepp, i donned sherlene's jersey and played for the seniors' team instead. we all fought hard, but didnt go very far. but heck- we had fun.

latest update- i passed history! and that means, if i manage to pass my GP, i will meet the promotional requirements. i dont want no parent teacher conference no.

well, the sports carnival was horrifying but heck that. still missing the xinmin sports day hahaha, where everyone pretty much lost their voices after everything. WHOA mr mao can really run. at first i saw a guy running damn fast and was like thinking WOAH. and then he dashed past me and i realized it was MR MAO! for such a small sized guy, he can really move it. exciting. okay mr sequeira was fast too, but in the end mr mao's group won the teacher's race. well, it's okay, since all the teachers tried their best. that is what really matters, isnt it? :))

but the really happening news was-
SOCCER came in 2nd for the inter-CCA mixed relay! that was so awesome. the girls ran so fast la. and then oliver really blew everyone away by 'flying' across the track. the rest of the soccer guys hit it hard too. and then at the end, we were only behind the dragonboaters and neck in neck with the track and field team. can you imagine? WOW. someone from the track team threw the baton and like caused his team to be disqualified. such a shame. but in the end, soccer got 2nd and everyone was like really glad. i'm so proud of them :))
